Shipping Info:

Orders received before 12PM Noon weekdays are generally shipped the same day unless otherwise specified. This is our standard procedure and not a guarantee. Orders received after that time and on weekends or holidays are shipped the next business day. Although we place a high priority on getting your order shipped as soon as possible, please note we make no guarantees as large orders, seasonal peaks, severe weather conditions or other circumstances may sometimes delay shipping.

Address Requirements:

We use Parcelforce (A Division Of Royal Mail) as our preferred method of shipping. Other methods of shipping may be used at our discretion. Please be sure that your ship to address is accurate! All carriers will charge a re-routing fee if a package is re-routed due to an incorrect or incomplete address. We reserve the right to pass this £6.50 re-routing fee on to you when this situation occurs. You will be notified by e-mail in such a case. If for any reason your package needs redirected, you will be charged for that added service. It is not our fee, it is the carriers for the extra work involved if you do not provide your full and accurate address.

We are bound to the rules and regulations of each carrier. Once the carrier receives the package,
we have no control over the actual delivery time it may take to be delivered.
